On the website of the Ukrainian Ombudsman Valeria Lutkovska has reported the violation of the law of Ukraine “On protection of personal data”. According to her, during the monitoring of the Internet revealed a website Tribunal-today.ru which made public the personal data of servicemen and employees of law enforcement bodies of Ukraine, who participated in operations in the South-East of the country.
She was warned about criminal liability for unlawful gathering, storage and use of confidential information.
Lutkovska also sent a letter to the National police of Ukraine, the security Service and the Prosecutor General to start criminal proceedings and to block access to the site.
