Kazakh businessman accused of preparing an armed rebellion

As stated at the briefing, the representative of the press service of KNB Ruslan Karasev, quoted by “Interfax”, Tuleshov began to make “concrete steps” to armed rebellion since last year.

According to intelligence agencies, Tuleshova plan was to create “hotbeds of tension”, the organization of protests against land reform and mass riots. Against this background, the idea was to create an alternative government and change the structure of power in the country”.

He Tuleshov, former Director of LLP “SHYMKENTPIVO”, was arrested in January 2016: during the search were found drugs, guns, and “suspicious” literature. Arrest Tuleshova article about drugs, as well as in connection with the financing activities of the criminal group was sanctioned in February.

Besides him, according to CBN, now detained his accomplices. Also detained a police Colonel and two commanders of military units.
