In Ukraine, discovered a sovereign state, not paying taxes

The self-proclaimed state led by “the monarch” under the laws of Kiev, found in one of Ukrainian villages. It is noteworthy that it exists for almost 14 years.

“The title sovereign people of Ukraine” (TSNU), headed by the monarch – O. Blyleven – live in Bakaivka village, Ichnya district, Chernihiv region, reports the Ukrainian channel TSN.

The villagers took advantage of the gap in Ukrainian legislation, enabling them to conduct extraterritorial activities.

The citizens of the state issued passports and documents for the car, besides, they are all exempt from tax authorities of Ukraine and criminal liability. The main source of income “monarchy” is the importation of used cars from Europe, which are put on in Bakaivka with license plates, TCNU. Also the leadership of TSO collects money from private entrepreneurs in exchange for providing extraterritorial rights, exempt from taxation.

In addition, the self-proclaimed state has a website and a page in “Vkontakte”.

“This group discusses issues about how People-Ukrainians turned into individuals slaves without nationality. What rights have you lost by becoming individuals? And what is law the person of the beneficiary (beneficiary – bioprospecting, beneficiaries) and how they may be. We will discuss to who, exactly, are the economic reforms of President of Ukraine in the legal field. In the security Service of Ukraine (SBU) said that criminal proceedings against “of the Title sovereign people of Ukraine” have not been initiated.
