Two prisoners in the Russian Ukrainians wrote to Putin for clemency


Ukrainians Gennadiy Afanasyev and Yury Soloshenko, convicted in Russia on charges of terrorism and espionage, has written a petition for pardon to the President of the Russian Federation.
