As reported by “MK” in the Ministry of culture developed a draft Regulation for the provision of library services. The appearance of the document due to the fact that today libraries are working in an entirely different mode and format than even 5-10 years ago. So, in addition to issuing books, they now provide readers with full-text electronic versions.
As stated in the rules, the library must request the reader to send him a certificate about the documents that he requires through the Internet. Help can be provided, not only whether they are available, but in any form (physical or electronic), publication date, etc. However, such a remote service is provided only to those who have checked-in and got a library card (who, incidentally, can also be electronic). The virtual clients of the library are required to observe nearly the same rules as the real one. So for example, you cannot transfer books to other readers, to speak foul language in correspondence with librarians, etc. Important note: right to library service is every citizen regardless of gender, age, nationality, education, social status, political convictions, attitude towards religion.Related posts:
