Square head Petro Poroshenko told about the impending transfer of convicts to their homeland in Russia Yuri Soloshenko and Gennady Afanasyev. But the name of the Director Sentsov, which bake European human rights activists, listed on the transfer, there is no reason.

Recall that Yuri Soloshenko was sentenced to six years of strict regime on charges of espionage. In 2015, he tried illegally to buy the parts for anti-aircraft missile complex s-300. And Gennady Afanasiev was held in the case of the creation of the territory of the Crimea “terrorist organization” and in 2015 he was sentenced to seven years imprisonment in a strict regime colony as the alleged accomplice of Ukrainian filmmaker Oleg Sentsov, who was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Interestingly, Afanasiev was in the beginning of the list of “returnees”, but the name Oleg Sentsov, who is being prepared for exchange, was not named.
Former lawyer Hopes Savchenko mark Feigin in an interview with “MK” suggested that the condition Soloshenko and Afanasyeva very poor, so they can pass Ukraine first: “Soloshenko 74 years old, and he was sick with cancer, Afanasyeva a blood disorder, I have no idea. Maybe that’s why they go ahead Sentsov, Kolchenko and all the rest. Their health will not allow them to remain in prison. Humanitarian reason”. Also, in his opinion, “Savchenko time given, and she was a “cornerstone”, all others can be pardoned, without straining”. Feigin believes that the issue of sharing “is not the President Poroshenko. He is ready. The problem is the Russian side”.
So says the Ministry of justice of Ukraine. The representative office said that they regularly turn to Russia with a request to return the prisoners in the Square, but Russia ignored their messages. The Ombudsman of Ukraine Valeriya Lutkovska said: “the Situation is complicated, as the majority of persons in places of detention, were forcibly taken to the citizenship of Russia and later moved to remote regions of the Russian Federation”.
Actually all not so. In 2015, the Federal penitentiary service of the Russian Federation stated that from 3111 citizens of Ukraine who serve their sentences in the Crimea, Russian passport wanted to 1233 people. All the others — citizens of Ukraine, which is why some are reluctant to transfer into the prison Square. On may 26, the Commissioner for human rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova sent the official Kiev appeal, which recalled that in the colonies and remand centres in the territory of the Republic of Crimea are Ukrainian citizens, even convicted in Ukraine and, therefore, it is necessary to take them from Russian jails. However, the head of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine Pavel Petrenko said earlier that Ukraine had already sent from the Peninsula prisoners, who wanted to return home. And the rest of them sort it out themselves.
Now, however, Ukraine declared its readiness to take all the prisoners serving time in penal institutions of the Crimea. Also in the Square is about to return 25 Ukrainians serving sentences in the Donbass. According to Petro Poroshenko, negotiations for their release have come to the final. One thing is unclear — who returned to Ukraine prisoners are released for example Savchenko, or they will be sent to serve time in their colonies?
