Kudrin told Putin about the necessity to ease tension in geopolitics

The head of the Center for strategic research (CSR) Alexei Kudrin during the session of the Presidium of the economic Council urged the Russian President Vladimir Putin to take steps to improve relations with other countries to prevent the technological lag of Russia.
