Ex-employee of the Medvedev administration had gone abroad for fear of arrest

Opposition politician Dmitry Nekrasov, now running for the State Duma from “Yabloko”, and previously worked in the presidential administration Medvedva and the Federal tax service, left the country, fearing arrest.
