“We have already this year we plan to organize about 20 public enterprises – analogues of collective farms of the past,” he said at a press conference in the framework of the festival “the Baikal press”, reports “Interfax”.
National enterprise to be established in the agricultural and utilities industries will enjoy the benefits. It is expected that they will join local farmers and entrepreneurs. “The only way to survive in these harsh conditions,” – said Levchenko.
Meanwhile, state Duma Deputy from the Irkutsk region Evgeny Knuckle offered to return the collective not only in our region but throughout Russia. The politician noted that people’s collective farms must operate on the principle of cooperatives under public-private partnership, IA IrkutskMedia.
In particular, he proposes the establishment of large commercial farms for the production of milk, meat, vegetables and potatoes, to replace “the entire Chinese consumer goods”. “On their own, due to a better organization of work, we can replace Chinese workers who have near Irkutsk grow their vegetables. The conditions in which they grow these vegetables already known to the whole region”, – the Communist told.
Earlier the Deputy of the lower house of Parliament and the head of legal services Communist party Vadim Soloviev also offered to return the collective farm under patronage of the state. The statement he sent to the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, writes “Russian planet”.
As noted by the legislator, despite all the support the agricultural industry and talking about import substitution, the country still fails to create the conditions for self-sufficiency in agricultural products.
This revival of the collective will allow you to resume the use of abandoned agricultural land, and create jobs for thousands of Russians. Moreover, the billions of dollars that the country spends on import of products will remain in Russia, Soloviev said.
In addition, according to the Communist, no one has repealed the question of food security. The flow of foreign vegetables, meat, fruit and other things might dry up for the next blow to the economy, or another of the machinations of Western countries.Related posts:
