Sergey Penkin.

Indeed, Sergei Penkin, no matter unique voice, or the recognition abroad or on tour on the territory of Russia, nor on concerts in Moscow and St. Petersburg on the largest venues in the city, and even in spite of the fact that it is recorded in the Guinness Book of Records as the possessor of a very large voice range is four octaves, has no titles. Sergei himself the question, “does not offend if it this fact” says that “have put up with the situation and even finds it fun, as the lack of titles makes it special, different from others”.

But if the artist does not want to admit that to him anyway, his fans are unhappy with the situation. A petition quickly started to gain votes, and, apparently, will be a sufficient basis for consideration. If due to this action, penquin really get the title, he will be the first Russian pop artist, who “honored” will not assign “top” and “bottom”.
