Obama: Moscow is not interested in nuclear disarmament

US President Barack Obama ahead of his visit to Japan to participate in the summit “Big seven” stated that Russia does not demonstrate its interest in nuclear disarmament.

Obama noted that the world has made progress in nuclear disarmament and said that he hoped for progress in negotiations with Russia on this issue. He stressed that one of the causes of stagnation in the negotiations between Russia and the United States on the nuclear issue became a political crisis in Ukraine.
