Topilin: to raise salaries for the may decrees of the President unlikely to succeed

The Minister of labour and social protection of Russia Maxim Topilin said that raising public sector wages to 1.5 times in accordance with the may decrees of Russian President Vladimir Putin is likely to fail.

“Given last year by the 2018-2020 year by 1.5 times compared to 2011 — this is a fairly big problem”, — he declared to TV channel Russia-24.

However, the Minister added, moving to higher real wages “all the same”.
