The head of the Institute has proposed to allow the dead to vote in elections

The Director of the Institute for economic strategies Alexander Ageev spoke with an unusual initiative: it is proposed to give the right to vote to people who died in the Second world war and later.

About this idea Ageev said the anti-Crisis forum, held in the walls of Alexander Nevsky Lavra in St. Petersburg.
