The reason for the application Navalny was the plot in the program “Vesti Nedeli” Dmitry Kiselev on the TV channel “Russia 1”, aired in early April. It was alleged that Navalny is recruited by the CIA and businessman William Browder agent named Freedom and its goal of “the collapse of Russia” in a certain part of “operation Shiver”.

The correspondence Navalny and Browder, as well as “CIA documents” has caused a lot of ridicule journalists, politicians and ordinary web users, as, according to critics, had signs of tampering and were written in illiterate English.

Read about the blunders in the “investigation”.

After that, Navalny decided to write a letter to the Investigative Committee and Federal security service to check the facts Kiselyov, however, it became clear that none of the law enforcement agencies to understand this is not going to.

So, SC said the policy that his appeal does not contain questions that would have belonged to the competence of the Ministry, and the FSB sent a letter to the UK and to the Prosecutor, which, however, the law does not have to investigate “espionage” cases.

Thus, Navalny stated, “the FSB and SK don’t want to be the subject of ridicule” and “earnestly study “the reports of American agents”, where they write with mistakes in English.”

Currently the court is preparing to consider a lawsuit against Kiselyov Navalny on protection of honor and dignity.
