Saudi Arabia has offered to go to “plan B” on Syria

The foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia Adil al-jubayr considers that it is necessary to look for alternative ways of resolving the crisis in Syria, if the head of SAR Bashar al-Assad will not respond to demands, including a cease-fire. Al-jubayr added that according to al-Riyadh did not want to go to “plan B,” reports Reuters.

He added that the alternative plan involves the intensification of military support to the Syrian opposition. And this plan will be launched or not now depends on the Assad regime.

Earlier, U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry stated that Assad had violated 2464 a resolution of the UN security Council about a ceasefire in the country.
