Lipetsk factory Roshen can buy holding “Slavyanka”


Holding “Slavyanka” is negotiating the acquisition of JSC “Lipetsk confectionery factory “Roshen”.

“Likely buyer Lipetsk confectionery concern Roshen, owned by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, could be the holding “Slavyanka”. In the two years since the beginning of the sales factory the seller is more than twice reduced the price of the asset: now, according to market participants, he asked for about $100 million,” writes “Kommersant”, citing a source in the industry.

One of the advisors for the sale of Roshen Corporation Makar Pasenyuk previously suggested that the sale of the Lipetsk factory may be closed over the next few months.
