The amount of payment for hiring a state or municipal apartments will soon have to pay the same in each Russian region. The Ministry of construction and housing and communal services of the Russian Federation has prepared the same for all guidance on this matter. Say at once, private ownership is out of the question.

As explained “MK” in the Ministry of the Russian Federation, the fee for the hiring of housing under social lease contracts is calculated by a special formula, which is laid, firstly, the basic Board size (it may be slightly different in different regions depending on the cost per square meter). Everywhere when calculating the amount of payment will now necessarily be considered the sum of the areas of all parts of the dwelling, including the area of so-called auxiliary use i.e. toilets, bathrooms, with the exception of balconies, loggias, verandas and terraces.
The second component of the formula of calculation of the rent is the coefficient, characterizing consumer qualities of premises. It can be lowered or elevated depending on the degree of wear of the house, its location in the city, transport accessibility, the environment of its location area and even the wall material, the presence or absence of elevators, garbage disposal and hot water.
This technique has existed since 1997, however, were Advisory in nature. As a result, the cost of the monthly rent for state and municipal housing, including for rent under contracts of social hiring now at times differ from each other depending on the region.
To fix this, now the Ministry prepared a draft order, which provides for mandatory use of the methods of calculation of the prices all the owners of state and municipal housing stock. To change the established fees for the use of residential premises an owner, namely the government Agency or municipality, will not more often than once in 3 years.Related posts:
