Recall that some of the Russian performers will participate in “Eurovision-2017”, said earlier the Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko. In the joy of victory in the prestigious international music competition in Stockholm, Ukrainian singer Jamala with a song “1944, a story about the deportation of the Crimean Tatars, the MP decided not to get off the “anti-skate”. Gerashchenko announced that next year’s competition will not be able to involve those Russian singers who support “Russian aggression against Ukraine”. What exactly was meant, the Ukrainian MP said.
In response to this obvious “political face control”, Sergey Lazarev suggested to remember who the art is traditionally apolitical.
“Politics should not interfere in art and in music competitions, in particular… I want music contest remained a music competition… for Example, this year the slogan of the “Eurovision” was “Come together”. I think it is better to be friends than to argue,” said the Russian artist, quoted life.<url>.
