Russia has demanded from North Korea to free the yacht “Elfin” with the athletes

Vice-President of Seaside Federation of sailing Evgeny Khromchenko on his page in Facebook reported that the Russian yacht “Elfin” with athletes was detained by North Korean coast guard in the sea of Japan on the way from Busan to Vladivostok. The Russian Embassy in Pyongyang and the foreign Ministry are taking measures for the liberation of the Russians. While clarification from the North Korean side has not received.
