Former Ombudsman Vladimir Lukin returned to “Apple”


The former Commissioner for human rights in Russia Vladimir Lukin said at a conference of the Moscow regional branch “the Apple” that is restored in the party.

As reports TASS, Lukin does not rule out its participation in the elections to the state Duma as a candidate from the “Yabloko”.

In the “Apple” Lukin was elected Deputy of the state Duma in 1993, 1995 and 1999.

He left the party after his appointment as the Commissioner for human rights in Russia.
