Ukraine has threatened to boycott the “Eurovision” in case of victory Lazarev

Ukraine will refuse from participation in the musical contest “Eurovision” in 2017, if victory in the current win Russian singer Sergey Lazarev. This was stated by the head of the National television company of the country, “UA:First” Zurab Alasania. His organization is preparing the participation of representatives of Ukraine in the contest.

“If the winner will be the person named Lazarev — I think, next year, UA:First again refuses to participate in the competition,” – said Alasania, responding to a comment under your post in Facebook.

Lazarev, performing at “Eurovision” song You are the only one, earned the right to play in the finals in the first semi-final. And his song before the start of the festival is firmly entrenched in the European charts.

After the second semi-final in the final part of the contest made it and the participant from Ukraine — singer Jamal with a song “1944”. In it she tells of the deportation of the Crimean Tatar people during the great Patriotic war.

According to the bookmakers, a Russian Lazarev is the undisputed favorite of the competition — it is on its winning bet often. While in second place is Jamal.

The final of “Eurovision” will be staged at the “Globen” in Stockholm on 14 may. Music for the main trophy of Europe will fight the representatives of 26 countries.
