Ukrainian salt will return to the tables of the inhabitants of Russia


Rospotrebnadzor has allowed the Ukrainian company “Artemsol” to put salt in Russia. The ban was installed in the beginning of last year from-for claims to quality of production.

The Agency allowed the Ukrainian company to supply Russia with 170 thousand tons of salt annually. Federal customs service has informed about the tolerance of products to the Russian market, writes “Kommersant”.

In a press-service of Rospotrebnadzor said that the decision about the test import of the isolated parties of salt enterprise in a mode “one window” when the goods are delivered only through one customs terminal.

In December last year, the leadership of “Artemsol” has addressed in Rospotrebnadzor with the request to lift the ban on imports of its products. As told the head a press-services of the enterprise Julia Eremenko, the Russian Agency had sent the relevant documents and certificates of quality and fineness of salt. However, the response from CPS the company is not received.

“Artemsol” is one of the largest salt producers in the territory of the former USSR. The company is located in the town of Soledar in Donetsk region. The company is capable of producing seven million tons of rock salt esagono.
