Lavrov and Steinmeier ribbed journalists

Before beginning formal negotiations, “Norman Quartet” on Ukraine in Berlin, foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov and Germany’s Frank-Walter Steinmeier held talks tete-a-tete”.

The official representative of the Russian foreign Ministry Mriya Zakharova told about the thing of the two Ministers against the journalists. “I thought we were going to talk on the merits, and not on the camera,” — in all seriousness said Lavrov’s German counterpart. “I thought so too, until we came to the Russian journalists”, — said Steinmeier.

To date, the meeting “channel four” concluded, and the negotiations lasted almost three hours.
