According to “Interfax”, may 10, at the briefing, the journalists asked this question to the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov. He said that journalists should be aware that, as in the case of Georgia, and in the case of Ukraine is not on the proper level or no dialogue with management.

At the same time, said Peskov, the Russian President has repeatedly said that the crisis at the international level should not affect the good feelings and traditions of the peoples of the countries that are traditionally close to us.

“Therefore, President congratulations were addressed to the people, not the leaders,” – said Peskov.

The Kremlin also noted that Russia was not the initiator of those negative developments in bilateral relations between the two countries, which have a place and always advocated for good neighbourly relations.
