The Greek Parliament approved a pension reform


Majority of votes of the deputies of the ruling coalition parties SYRIZA and ANEL in the Greek Parliament adopted a bill under which will be increased taxes and the pension reform.

According to the document, citizens will pay more for Internet and TV. In addition, some foods and products are subject to higher taxes. Speech, in particular about coffee and e-cigarettes.

The transformation of the tax and pension systems has become one of the points of agreement between Greece and the EU on the program of an exit from debt crisis.

Earlier it was reported that before the Greek Parliament gathered protesters against the pension reform. The police dispersed the participants of the protests with tear gas and stun grenades.
