- Poroshenko did not dismiss Transcarpathian Governor Moskal
Earlier, the Governor of the Transcarpathian region Gennady Moskal said that asking for resignation since Kiev is not taking measures to combat smuggling in the region.
Prime Minister Vladimirroman said he did not want dismissal of the Governor.
He was supported by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, who announced on Twitter a “constructive meeting” with the Russian.
“Gennady Moskal and will continue to implement my program on decentralization and vigorously to combat the smuggling in Transcarpathia”, — wrote Poroshenko.
