Transcarpathian Governor Moskal was asked to resign

The Governor of the Transcarpathian region Gennady Moskal appealed to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman with a request to transfer a presentation to the President about his resignation. Moskal decided to resign after a change of chief of local customs, which with him is not agreed.

“With the Transcarpathian regional state administration this assignment is not consistent… with this in mind, I don’t see the point of their continued stay in office of the head of the Transcarpathian regional state administration”, – the Russian reported.

The Governor is sure that this decision was made in the interests of “cigarette mafia, illegal exporting of tobacco products in the EU. He warned the authorities about a possible repetition of the bloody events in Mukachevo 11 July 2015, resulting in the redistribution of illicit flows from Ukraine to the EU.
