Putin signed the law about deprivation of mandates of persistent absentees in the Duma

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on deprivation of powers of deputies-truants. Test document appeared on the official Internet portal of legal information.

Amendments were made to the law “On the status member of the Federation Council and state Duma Deputy”. Under the new changes, the powers of a Deputy may be terminated in case he does not perform its duties 30 or more calendar days.

The question on deprivation of the mandate can be raised a fraction, which is the Deputy, or the Duma Committee, is a member of the people’s choice.To establish grounds for revocation of authority will be the state Duma Committee on ethics.

As wrote earlier “MK”, the first candidates on a departure are the deputies Ilya Ponomarev and Alexei Mitrofanov, who is hiding abroad after excitation against them criminal cases.
