Poroshenko made an indefinite moratorium on the payment of a debt of Russia on Eurobonds

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has approved a law that makes a moratorium on the payment of Russia’s Eurobonds worth three billion dollars a perpetual.

Previous law had established the expiration of the moratorium on external payments for July 1, 2016.
