The European Commission will approve the visa-free regime with Turkey “clamped nose”

“Bi-bi-si” reports that the European Commission is preparing to approve visa-free travel to the Schengen area to Turkey.

The move is part of the deal, in which Turkey receives migrants who crossed the Aegean sea to get to Greece and further to other EU countries.

However, Turkey still does not meet the criteria of the EU, which fears that without a visa will not be immigration controls. Also Turkey has a lot of claims with regards to freedom of speech and fair justice.

The sources of the broadcaster noted that even if the recommendations on these issues are positive, the European Commission will abolish visas with Turkey “with the nose pinched and impaired breathing.
