The European Commission sharply raised its forecast prices for Brent crude


The European Commission released a spring economic forecast.

It sharply increased estimate of the average price of Brent crude oil, like in 2016-almost 15% – up to 41.07 USD per barrel (with 35.8 per dollar in the winter forecast) and 2017 – with a 42.5 dollars per barrel — up of 45.95.
