Russia has toughened responsibility for violation of rules of transportation of children


Toughen the responsibility for violation of rules of transportation of children in Russia. The relevant law was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, reported on the official portal of legal information.

According to the document, the driver of the bus, which transported a group of children, will have to pay a fine of 3 thousand rubles, if it has no list of children and adult programs route or contract of affreightment. For the same infringement officials face a fine of 25 thousand rubles; to legal entities – 100 thousand rubles.

In addition, established administrative liability for violation of rules of transportation of children at night. In the case of violations of statutory orders of the driver will pay 5 thousand rubles, or lose rights for a period of 4 to 6 months, officials – 50 thousand rubles, legal entities – 200 thousand.
