Kim Jong-UN has banned weddings in North Korea to the Congress party


North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN has banned the holding of weddings and funerals, to strengthen security measures before the Congress of the workersparty of Korea, writes The Sunday Times.

The Congress of the ruling party will be held on may 6 for the first time in almost 40 years. It is expected that at the Congress the current head of the DPRK will be proclaimed a Great Leader of the Republic.
