The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has carried out rotation of members of the security Council of the country. It was launched by the Chairman of the Supreme Council of United Russia Boris Gryzlov, he was replaced by the head of the newly created National guard Viktor Zolotov.
The Head Of Regardie Viktor Zolotov
In the security Council, Gryzlov was in 2011 after the Duma elections, which was marked by numerous protests in connection with, as did the participants in the rallies, their falsification. Then Gryzlov resigned as speaker of the State Duma, which was held for two legislatures, and was appointed a permanent member of the security Council.
Thus Gryzlov has retained the chairmanship of the High Council of “United Russia”, although in recent years this party organ has lost any meaningful role.
Attracted the attention Gryzlov only recently, when before the elections to the state Duma again tried to return the value of the High Council, and was subsequently appointed Russia’s representative in the Trilateral contact group on settling the conflict in Ukraine.
However, this did not save him from losing positions in the Council.
The organization welcomes a new member — Viktor Zolotov, who heads created by Putin’s decree now the National guard (already yesterday for short, named by President Asgardia). The Zolotov also received the post of permanent member of the security Council.

Recall that Putin and Zolotov have known each other since the 90-ies: the last one was the bodyguard of the mayor of St. Petersburg Anatoly Sobchak, and later worked in security authoritative businessman Roman Tsepov.
From 2000 to 2013 Zolotov was the head of the guard’s Putin himself, and on April 5, becoming the head of Regardie, was equated in its status to the Federal Minister.Related posts:
