Scientists have found a unique drifting planet next to the Solar system


The age of the exoplanet is estimated to be 10 million years. Scientists from the Carnegie Institute and the University of Western Ontario has discovered a young planet that drifts freely in the relative vicinity of the Sun. As reported on the official website of the Carnegie Institute, astronomers have discovered a unique extrasolar planet, called 2MASS J1119-1137, age only about 10 million years.
