Researchers have devoted his research to the search for factors influencing the ability of the athlete to concentrate on the game. The quality parameters that were evaluated this concentration were considered, including, attention, coordination, reaction speed and working memory.
In the work of the scientists involved two teams of players, one of whom became professionals, while the other consisted of semi-professional players. The researchers watched as the progress of the physical training of the players of individual teams, and how over time has changed their ability to concentrate.
As a result of a series of tests experts found that in order to succeed in football, the athlete must demonstrate a well-developed visual memory, attention and speed of reaction, and in practice many professionals who had a less developed one of these indicators, compensated by its high performance of others.
The scientists also advised players aspiring to succeed, to devote less time to work with gadgets — like pastime develops “tunnel vision” to the detriment of peripheral, it is highly necessary on the football field.
The researchers presented their findings at the Congress of the International Congress of Sciences and Football “Image, Multimedia & New Technologies”, and also published his work in the scientific collection, informed by the outcomes of this Congress.
Representatives of the Moscow state University me remind you that now the results of their research can be particularly relevant, because soon the Russian team will compete for the title of Champions of European football, and in 2018 — to play the world Cup, which will be held in Russia.Related posts:
