“Saakashvili blames for its failures Kolomoisky”

Odessa Governor Mikhail Saakashvili has accused in its recent setbacks oligarchs and Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk. Despite numerous stories about the enemies, the reality is that Saakashvili has more authority than any Ukrainian Governor. Complaint more like a pre-election PR: Saakashvili’s little Odessa, he clearly wants Kiev.

The Governor of the Odessa region Mikhail Saakashvili announced via Facebook that the forums “Movement (Rukh) cleansing” in Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye tolerated because of “interference ”. Later this entry was removed, but managed to get in the media.

“How can cover Kolomoisky of Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhya region? This is pure PR Saakashvili

Unable to meet with citizens

“We have to postpone the “Motion for clarification”, which were to be held on 15 and 16 March in Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye, because of the intervention of Kolomoisky, who is doing everything possible to ensure that we were not able to meet with the citizens in these cities”, – stated in the message of the Governor.

In response, the Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky has denied his involvement in the events, sending Saakashvili and his “movement” “in the bath”. “If it is “movement for the cleansing”, it should be cleaned in the bath, not in the synagogue,” said the oligarch.

In the same record, ex-President of Georgia, complained about resistance from the team Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk. “In addition, our native Odessa is enhanced by a comprehensive confrontation between Yatsenyuk and his team, including the head of the SFS Nasirov, one of our major project “customs open space”, now to struggle actively supported by the city authorities”, – he wrote.

Saakashvili said that next week he must “continuously be in Odessa to protect the possibility of creating such custom, which would exclude any possibility of corruption, and to defend the right of citizens to pass passport control quickly and in human terms.”

A month ago, Saakashvili said that his ambitions in Ukraine is much more than the post of Prime Minister. “My ambition is the establishment of new rules of the game, this new political elite at the head of the government of Ukraine,” he said, adding that the movement created by it should lead to wide political Union like Solidarity in Poland.

“This fear he will never overcome”

The confrontation between Saakashvili and Yatsenyuk mainly occurs at the level of words. The other day the Governor stated that Yatsenyuk is afraid of the appointment of Saakashvili as Prime Minister, and once again talked about the fact that the Prime Minister should resign. “From the first meeting, Arseniy Yatseniuk, I saw that someone came to replace it. This fear him never to prevail,” Saakashvili said in a conversation with German journalists.

Saakashvili and Yatsenyuk has repeatedly allowed themselves in respect to each other unflattering remarks, and the public quarrels between them were widely covered and derided in social networks. In particular, Yatsenyuk has called a “barnstormer” at the meeting with the President of Petro Poroshenko.

Much harsher critic of Saakashvili remains the head of the MIA of Ukraine Arsen Avakov. As soon as it became known about plans of the Governor to establish a public movement, he called Saakashvili a “political conman” who after cheating the citizens of Odessa “is trying to plant the whole country”. “Think, don’t be stupid,” said Avakov.

That the political ambitions of the Odessa Governor clearly many are not satisfied, may indicate information about a possible resignation of Saakashvili. Monday on the website Odessit.ua that is associated with the city’s mayor Gennady Truhanov (in the Ukrainian press called the man Kolomoisky), came the news of the signing by President Petro Poroshenko the decree on the resignation of Saakashvili. A decree allegedly signed with an open date, the decision will come into force only after the selected candidate for the post of Governor of the Odessa region.

Also a number of statements made by the Georgian activist and journalist Zaza Svanadze. According to him, about three months ago a group of people supposedly under the guidance of Kolomoisky offered him 30 thousand dollars for the organization of protests against the Governor.
