“Crimea is ours: party Boris Titov approved of Putin’s policy”

“The right thing” will enter into the election campaign after March 26. At that date the Congress is scheduled on which the of the business Ombudsman , would have to be determined with the pre-election program and final name with whom she will go on autumn elections in the state Duma. On Monday on a press-conferences Boris Titov made it clear that he is not going to build his party only as a Union business: potential voters he sees entrepreneurs, which today in Russia more than four million people, as well as those who had voted for the “right” party, but was disappointed.

In the new composition of the Duma “just cause” expects to receive not less than 14 seats according to party lists, and spend up to 10 independent candidates in Moscow, about the same in St. Petersburg, Moscow region and other major cities. Titov, in particular, expressed the hope that in single-mandate constituencies will be nominated a member of the Federal political Council of the party, the businessman Dmitry Potapenko and Deputy Chairman of the Russian administrative community Denis Molotkov. The Ombudsman added that still does not exclude a previously announced coalition with the party “Civic platform”, but only on the basis of their party. In his opinion, these two parties have similar views, but much depends on how “Civic platform” sees his future in electoral campaigns. “If it will offer something new from the point of view of possibility to improve our prospects, then we will go to the elections together”,— said Titov.

However, the business at the meeting with reporters, said nothing less than the election plans of the “Right things”. According to Boris Titov, in Russia now only creates the appearance rather than the real problems of entrepreneurs. As an example of such “pseudolegal” he has led the Supervisory holidays. “The President, on the one hand, declares that small businesses are exempt from scheduled inspections for three years, on the other hand, immediately introduces a restriction is exempt only those who did not have violations in the past. However, up to 90% of the various regulatory agencies today end in penalties. That is, almost no companies, for which there are no violations”, – said business Ombudsman.

In the same line as Boris Titov has put the proverbial system “Platon”, intended to collect fees from heavy vehicles for travel on Federal highways. As well as the mass withdrawal of licenses from banks. “The whole small business, legal entity, lose a huge amount of money, and no one cares”, – Titov has informed. “On the one hand, it seems to be something declare, on the other hand, goes the other way. While mass need serious measures connected with support of small business”, – he stressed.

The party proposes to ban all inspections of small businesses for five years. Also in “the Right cause” we believe that the penalties for small entrepreneurs should go to the category of alerts. In particular, the businessman Dmitry Potapenko stated that as in Soviet times, should be a ten day interval to correct errors made by the company. In addition, according to party members, in such major cities as Moscow, it would be good to introduce urban standard. It needs to provide that on 100 thousand inhabitants there must be at least 500 enterprises of retail trade and services, 100 medium enterprises, and at least 10 large objects of trade and services. According to Potapenko, the proposals of the Right cause party should radically change the economic climate that we have now.

However, much to blame on the government representatives of the Right cause. In particular, Boris Titov has declared that does not agree with the economic of the country, but supports foreign policy agenda pursued by President Vladimir Putin. “We support politically what is happening. Our country is large and accustomed to the sense of pride. We should have a clear foreign policy position. Indeed, is ours,” said Titov, adding that he hates to remember 1990-e years when Russia is generally not visible in the global political arena.
