“Vladimir Putin signed Executive order releasing Vladimir Dmitriev from the post of Chairman of state Corporation “Bank for development and foreign economic Affairs… by Another decree the President appointed as Chairman of Vnesheconombank Sergey Gor,” reads the official message of the Kremlin.
