The St. Petersburg office of the party PARNAS evacuated due to “reports of a bomb”. Co-chair of the party Ilya Yashin, who presented a report on Ramzan Kadyrov, jokingly called police “co-rapporteurs”.

Yashin, for example, invited the public to guess what came to inform the police when he read the sensational report — correctly – “a bomb threat”. The opposition leader jokingly called militiamen who demanded to vacate the premises and threatened article 19.3, their “rapporteurs”.
